With over 20 years of experience consulting for families throughout the Americas, Rodolfo is an international leader in the field of family business with a deep passion for continuous learning. In 2022, he received the International Award from the Family Firm Institute (FFI). This award recognizes outstanding careers and contributions to the field and is one of only four global awards awarded by FFI.
Rodolfo focused his MBA on family business and international finance at Thunderbird School of Global Management, where he was named a Presidential Scholar, the highest merit awarded by the institution. Rodolfo has remained at the forefront of his professional field and dedicated a large portion of his career to educating both families and fellow consultants.
Rodolfo is a Fellow at the FFI, one of their highest and most-respected members. He was the launch donor to FFI’s GEN Program, which has now graduated over a thousand consultants, and is now one of their faculty. The GEN Program awards four certifications: Certificates in Family Business Advising (CFBA), Family Wealth Advising (CFWA), and their corresponding advanced versions (ACFBA and ACFWA). Rodolfo is one of the few consultants worldwide to have earned all four certifications. Additionally, he has received both the Certificate in Company Direction and the Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors (IOD) in London, the premier European institution for corporate governance.
